For my blog post, I wanted to just focus a little bit on my project thus far and everything that I’ve been learning from my project on my community. For those who do not know, my community that I chose was based on weightlifting and fitness, and my project allowed me to delve deeper into how people incorporated several aspects into their routine or program. These things would include supplements, organic alternatives, certain workout plans, or perhaps nothing at all. It is really interesting to see how scientific research has focused on the areas such as supplement integration and organic supplement alternatives to really get down to the nitty-gritty of working out and gaining the ideal beach body. I was most shocked to find out that the range of data varies, with some instances leaning more towards on side of the spectrum than the other, and other times not even leaning towards either and staying directly within the middle. In terms of my project as a whole, it is coming along in bits and pieces. The annotated bibliography was slightly harder than I had expected, at least finding ten reliable sources that added information to my paper and were scholarly sources as well. I found that finding resources all across the internet was easy, but finding ten genuine sources that had significant informational impact was more of a demanding challenge. Additionally, structuring my paper is proving to be a little more difficult than I had imagined to be. It takes me a little more time to add the information where it would be the most beneficial to my paper.
